- It's 3 buah of pisang.
- It's 2 butir of telor.
- You need 9 sdm of terigu prose.
- It's 5 sdm of minyak/margarin leleh.
- Prepare 8 sdm of gula pasir.
- Prepare 2 sdm of susu bubuk (boleh skip).
- It's 1/2 sdt of baking powder.
- Prepare 1/2 sdt of baking soda.
- Prepare 1/2 sdt of garam.
- Prepare 1/2 sdt of vanili bubuk.
Bolu pisang kukus instructions
- Campur telor dan gula pasir, kocok sampai putih berbusa, tambahkan minyak/margarin, kocok lagi sebentar.
- Masukkan terigu, vanili, bs, bp, garam, aduk rata.
- Masukkan pisang dan aduk kembali..
- Panaskan kukusan, sembari menyiapkan loyang olesi dg minyak/margarin, masukkan adonan, kukus selama 30mnt. (Tutup kukusan lapisi dg lap bersih).
- Setelah 30mnt cek bolu dg tusuk sate/sejenisnya. Jika sdh matang, Angkat loyang dan pindahkan ke piring.
